Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP District Council Branch (0638) RO Rawalpindi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP District Council Branch (0638) RO Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) works including walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) underfloor and flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, thresholds, and entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions including tempered and wooden frame glass doors - Wooden doors, flush doors, wooden partitions, bulkheads - Internal and external painting works - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceiling, dumpa and wooden false ceilings - Aluminum windows, louvers, roller blinds - Stainless steel railings, planters, trash bins - Cash counters, wooden drawers - Termite proofing and repair works - Tough tiles and fiber glass parking shed - Logo/theme wall - Roof treatment and screeding - Main holes and concrete pavers - Excavation and earth filling - Imported frost paper - Plumbing fixtures including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes, GI pipes, valves, water tanks, hot water heaters - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes, floor traps, cleanouts - External sewer and manholes - Office furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestal, CPU trolley - Revolving and visitor chairs, sofas, waiting benches, center and side tables - Electrical wiring works including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Data, voice and TV wiring - Main and sub main electrical cables - Electrical fittings and fixtures including LED lights, fans, power sockets - Cable containment with PVC conduits and dura ducts - Technological boxes, face plates, patch cords, racks, patch panels - Telephone junction boxes - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, changeover switches - Security system wiring and devices including alarm panels, sirens, detectors - Earthing system with copper plates and rods - CCTV wiring - Fire extinguishers - Sign board work including LED lighting and backlit star flex - Shifting and relocation of existing AC units - Standard strong room door fire proof with triple control locking system The scope covers all civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finishing works as per detailed BOQs and technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR ATL and Punjab Revenue Authority, and have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft must be submitted before bid closing. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract duration is 150 days with an expected commencement date of December 4, 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 on October 27, 2026 at 11:30 AM. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
